GM Pranav V (2440) is one of India’s latest Grandmasters and he has been playing some amazing games at the top level. He gained a total of 59.6 points at the World Blitz 2022 which is really amazing. In round six, he faced GM Alexandr Predke (2616). It was the English opening on the board and on move 9, Alexandr played an interesting move Rab1. What is the idea behind this move?
