The FTX Road to Miami is the sixth event of the 2022 Meltwater Champions Chess Tour by chess24 with a prize fund of $150,000 in total, held from August 15th to 21st in Miami, Florida, United States of America, but played as an eSports-event online on chess24.
It is held as a 8-player Round-robin tournament.
The tournament features Super-Grandmasters like Magnus Carlsen, Alireza Firouzja and Levon Aronian. Players
The time control is 15 minutes for the whole game with a 10-second increment from move one.
