Puzzle books contain hand-selected puzzles based on instructive value, often chosen by a strong player/coach.
Online trainers:
– Solutions tend to be computerized
– Puzzles end before the full solution is played out
– The critical/principled/logical defense is not given in favor of the “computer” defense, which is often less instructive
