When you call the Arbiter with Two seconds on the clock

There are various rules associated with chess and it is important to highlight to the officials if a player isn’t following the rules properly. But in top-level chess, some players do have the understanding of ignoring petty issues and moving on with the game.
It was the sixth round of the 29th Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival – Blitz and IM Padmini Rout (2314) was facing FM Reza Mahdavi (2443). Watch the video to see what happened during the final moments of the game when the players had to call the arbiter.
