Championship format:
8-player Single Elimination Knockout Bracket.
Matches will consist of:
-4-game matches of 3+2 time control.
-The colors will alternate after every game.
-Players will earn 1 point for a win, ½ point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss.
-The first player to reach 2.5 points is the winner of the match.
If tied 2-2 after all games, tiebreaker matches will be played until a player reaches 1.5 points, as follows:
2 games of 3+2 will be played with players alternating colors; then
2 games of 1+2 will be played with players alternating colors; then
Repeat the previous step until there is a decisive result!
