My student, Patrick (estimated ELO: 1700-1800), challenged me to a pair of 25+5 games. We both recorded commentary (Patrick’s version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yo1wX6MC3D4). In this second game, I close the center (11.d5) and search for inroads on the queenside. My activity on that wing produces a weak Black pawn on d6, and I set about trying to exploit it.
