Sagar Shah vs Parents | Q&A session straight from the heart

Chess parents have a lot of questions which are quite complex and have no easy answers. During the SBI Life rating tournament which began at the Russian Chess Academy in Mumbai, IM Sagar Shah was invited to the opening ceremony as the chief guest. After the completion of the function and as he was about to leave, he saw that there was a room with several parents sitting and waiting for their kids game to complete. After seeking the permission of the organizer Praful Zaveri, Sagar went ahead with the session. This is around 45 minutes long and it tackles some interesting questions like what should be the routine/schedule of the students, academics vs chess, how to find a good coach and much more.
