One cannot afford to relax against an IM, even in a theoretically drawn endgame as they say, it is not over until it’s over. 11-year-old Jackson V X (1358) decided to relax once he realized the game reached to a rook and rook-pawn vs rook endgame against IM Ravi Teja S (2293). Ravi is a strong IM and recently he finished third at 2nd SG Chess Festival Blitz 2023. He is not the one to take a draw easily, he is a former National Challengers champion. So even if there is a 1% chance to win the game, he will certainly give it a try. He could finished the game a bit earlier, find out how. Check out the video to ensure that you do not make the same mistake as the kid did when you face a strong IM.
