Longer Chess Games #40 Climbing the 2500 mountain – The Black Lion in Action

In this longer chess game video I play the ‘Black Lion’ opening. An opening that I have studied in some depth and an opening that I know a lot of you guys enjoy playing. πŸ™‚
I hope some of chat helps you improve your game.

Link to video – Learn the Black Lion – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7j12fhWid3g&list=PLQQ6Y41L8gPORQso4EvXLP6ucQUadXeUm&index=4

I pick a longer time limit, 15+10, my aim is to really explain the thought processes behind the moves that I am playing.

(4/4) On another note I could do with some tips on how to get a good sleep. It seems like I am a fully fledged insomniac. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«
I was in bed at 1am last night but didn't even manage to get 1 minutes sleep after tossing and turning all night. Been awake for about 40 hours now. 😱

(3/4) I missed one very likely obvious winning move.
Here I played Bg2? but I should just play Qh6!
For some reason I had missed ...Qxh6 Bxh6 ...Nxc3 a3! Which is game over.
In the end I lost πŸ˜” after Johann played excellently.
