Garry Kasparov was the world chess champion for the entire decade of the 1990s. In this decade, the only *human* player who consistently gave him fits was Vladimir Kramnik. Today, many know Kramnik as a solid defender of the Berlin Wall, but in his younger days, he played many attacking brilliancies, including this masterpiece against the champ.

* Don’t be afraid of any opponent, even Kasparov.
