Rauf Mamedov is known in the chess world for his speed skills. He opened the game with 1.e4 and his opponent Vidit responded back with the French Defence. This is not Vidit’s main opening and this was quite apparent when after a few moves he landed in a nearly lost position! Now the question to be asked was – would Mamedov be able to kill Vidit’s king, or would the Indian GM famed for his king moves be able to escape? Check out the video to find out.
