Hello ! Starting a short series covering some of the Candidates events so far.
The 1st one is the Zurich 1953 Candidates tournament. The tournament was a 15 player double round robin event, so had a total 30 rounds played over 2 months ! ( Phew )
Me and Adhi will discuss some of the games and the tournament. Such brilliant games ! Stream Inspired heavily from David Bronstein’s book on the tournament titled “Zurich 1953”, which is one of the best chess books ever ! (Highly recommend )
