The long wait for a classical super tournament on Indian soil has come to an end! From 15th to 21st of December 2023, India will have its first 2700+ classical super tournament and it will be held in Chennai. The event is sponsored by the Government of Tamil Nadu and is organized by MGD1, NODWIN Gaming and ChessBase India. One person who has played a key role to make this happen is GM Srinath Narayanan.
