Born in Chandigarh, India, Siddharth and his parents shifted to Singapore early in his life. Being raised in Singapore, young Siddharth quickly started playing chess when he was 8 years old. It took Siddharth Jagadeesh just nine years to achieve the coveted title of a grandmaster. Siddharth was one of the strongest players growing up and definitely had the potential to dominate on the world stage. An FM in 2019, an IM in 2022, and a GM in 2024. What an incredible journey.
