After winning the Freestyle Chess Tournament earlier this year, Magnus Carlsen has another event to his credit – the Casablanca Variant played here at the Morocco Chess Week 2024. Magnus managed to win without losing a single game. By beating Hikaru, Anand and Bassem all the players once and three draws. And with this he took the title by a gap of a full point over the rest of the field. A short interview with the man himself at the end of the tournament.
