Grandmaster Makes Opponent SCREAM

In this video, GM Arjun Erigaisi takes on @Irene Sukandar in a friendly bullet chess game. This goofy encounter took place in the hotel lobby after the conclusion of the 2022 Abu Dhabi Masters Tournament. The players used a mobile phone chess clock app with a time control of 10 seconds, with a 1-second increment. Craziness ensued… 😉

Arjun won the Abu Dhabi Masters in dominating fashion with 7.5/9, boosting his Elo above 2725 and earning a spot among the top 20 chess players in the world. Irene also had a stellar result, defeating multiple GMs and scoring her second GM norm in the event.
