In this video, I play a dubious, but irresistible line against white’s timid 3.d3?! attempting to transpose into my beloved Stafford Gambit. Just as it seemed that my opponent was going to come out of the opening with an advantage, they stumbled into danger. The rest of the game felt like tactical bliss. Afterwards, I analyzed the opening variation a bit more deeply with Stockfish and discovered an extremely rare variation that is objectively dubious but looks very fun!
