Samay Raina, the stand-up comedian has played a big role in the online chess boom that happened during the lockdown. While chess was growing, Samay himself was also becoming into a stronger chess player. On 17th of February, he beat a very strong chess player on stream – Harshal Patil. Harshal is rated 2311 on chess.com and has a FIDE rating of 1890. IM Sagar Shah, who has been working with Samay for his chess improvement, invited Harshal for this video and together they analyzed the game.
