Armenia is famed for its strong open events. This October, two tournaments in the country – ChessMood Open and Yerevan Open proved to be a bliss for chess players all across the globe, especially India. They could travel to the tournament and fight for Elo points.
ChessMood is a training company setup by GM Avetik Grigoryan from Armenia. They became the title sponsors of the event.
