Venkatesh H (1520) had a slight edge before his opponent, Riddhiman Kundu (1063) made a positional mistake which gave the former, a decisive advantage. Despite being completely lost in the double rook and the eventual rook endgame, Riddhiman kept fighting. He somehow at the end managed to get a winning position, although the lack of increment cost him the game. His fighting spirit is definitely commendable because at a tournament of consequence, he will be able to win.
