P. Iniyan, born in 2002, is just 19 years old. He lost his 2nd round at the National Championships 2022 against Suyog Wagh. Generally, a loss like this derails your tournament. However, Iniyan managed to resurrect his situation and scored 7.5 points in the remaining 9 rounds. With this performance Iniyan tied for the 1st place with a score of 8.5/11. He finished 3rd on tiebreaks! In this interview, the youngster from Erode, Tamil Nadu speaks about some of his best games from the event.
