Chess is back at the Asian Games 2023 after a gap of 13 years! The last time that chess was a part of the Asian Games, India had won only 1 medal, with Harika winning bronze in the individual event. This year we have a total of 12 medals at stake and the Indian contingent has the possibility of taking a massive 6 medals back home and as many as 4 gold medals.
