Jaiveer Mahendru is a young talent from Mumbai, Maharashtra. After a loss in the very first game of the Dubai Open 2023 -Category B, which he considers his favorite game of the tournament, Jaiveer made an epic comeback by winning seven games and drawing one in the next eight games.
He was the 56th seed of the tournament and ended the tournament as the second best due to tie-breaks. In the interview, he talks about his chess journey, his inspirations and also shows us his favorite game.
