50-year-old Eisa Al Khoori, is the only player to have participated in all 30 editions of the Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival. Eisa picked up chess early as it was a regular thing for him to watch his family members play the game often but his interest grew a few years later when he joined the Abu Dhabi Chess Club and met his coach Zuhair Ahmad.
