There are over 400 volunteers at the Chess Olympiad 2022. And only one of them is visually impaired. He is K. Marimuthu. Marimuthu is one of India’s top visually impaired chess players. He is just 20 years old, but he is already a strong player, a coach, is trying to reach his Masters in education and now a volunteer at the Olympiad. Listen to the inspiring story of Marimuthu.
@ginger_gm @chessable @richardpalliser Good stuff, guys! I had a look at these lines back in 2019 for my Sicilian course as Black. I was surprised to find that this is much better than you might think at first. Leads to good fighting positions and certainly will surprise people!

It's a nice 'system' opening, meaning knowing the basic plans is the key.
