Raju Chandar is a multi-faceted personality. He is studying law, runs a chess academy in Kerala and is rated 2042. In the first round of the MPL National Championships 2022 he managed to fend off Adhiban, the top seed of the tournament for nearly 6 hours. The beast had to checkmate him with a bishop and knight to end the resistance. We speak with Chandar and get to know more about him.
